Clarke’s Environmental were appointed to conduct a full decontamination of the under crofts, utilising environmental clean and encapsulation work techniques in accordance with Asbestos Codes Of Practice 2012.

Due to the vast network of under crofts and air vents within the courts, the areas were broken down into 7 separate phases.

The works were carried out during night shifts over a 12 week period, which removed the possibility of disruption to the court’s daily routines.

The project was completed on time and to budget.
